Windows 10: Forza Horizon 4 is not opening

So I have bought Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate Edition 4 days back and I have been trying to run the game but it is not opening. Whenever I have tried to open the game, Playground Games' startup sound starts on a black sceen and then the sound stutters and then the game crashs.

I have downloaded the 3-4 times. Reset my PC 3 times to run the game but have had no luck what so ever in running the game. Please provide me with any sort of assistance.

My PC Drivers are all up to date. Theses are the Specs of my PC:

**CPU:** AMD Ryzen 5 3550H

**RAM:** 16GB

**GPU:** AMD Radeon RX 560X

Forza Horizon 4 will not unistall

Hi Titus,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I'd suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Click on Start menu, and look for Forza Horizon 4. Right click on it and select
Uninstall.

You can also uninstall the game through settings by following the below steps.

1. Press Windows key + I together to open Settings.

2. Click on Apps > Apps & features.

3. Click on Forza Horizon 4.

4. Select Uninstall.

Let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's fixed.
