Windows 10: Forza Horizon 4/ Microsoft Store Problem

I have been playing FH4 for 4 months until on saturday the game decided to unistall itself on my PC. I then reinstalled the game but there were problems. Once I fully reached the end of reinstalling, an message apeared saying "Couldn't install. We'll retry shortly". The base content was still in the download section with and "update" but clicking that would bring me the same "Couldn't install. We'll retry shortly". I bought the Ultimate edition of the game so the base game was fully installed but the the content of the Ultimate edition was stuck on pending and wouldn't download. I tried using help from this forum https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...-pending/f07ad8ba-9c61-4e15-936d-949195223c9c but I've had no luck fixing this problem. Any idea on what to do?

Forza Horizon 4 will not unistall

Hi Titus,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I'd suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Click on Start menu, and look for Forza Horizon 4. Right click on it and select
Uninstall.

You can also uninstall the game through settings by following the below steps.

1. Press Windows key + I together to open Settings.

2. Click on Apps > Apps & features.

3. Click on Forza Horizon 4.

4. Select Uninstall.

Let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's fixed.
