Windows 10: Forza Horizon 4 Not Working on PC

I got Forza Horizon 4 on PC a while ago and it was working fine until a few months ago. The game would start, but it would immediately freeze when I clicked 'start game'. The thing that made it confusing, was when I brought up the windows start menu thing in the bottom left, that showed all of my apps, the game started to work, but when I closed it, it would freeze. if I opened it again it loaded, but froze when I closed it. I already did the standard drill, restart it, uninstall it, and reset it, all didn't work. I'd be happy to hear any advice. Thanks!

Forza Horizon 4 will not unistall

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I'd suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Click on Start menu, and look for Forza Horizon 4. Right click on it and select
Uninstall.

You can also uninstall the game through settings by following the below steps.

1. Press Windows key + I together to open Settings.

2. Click on Apps > Apps & features.

3. Click on Forza Horizon 4.

4. Select Uninstall.

Let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's fixed.
