Windows 10: Forza Horizon 4 slow download

I'm currently far away from home and I decided to install FH4 on my laptop. The college where I'm studying lets the students use ethernet speedtest shows 400 mb/s for download and 700 mb/s for upload.


However, when I try to download the game, the speed is 1Gb/s until it reaches 4 Gb, and then drops to ~6 Mb/s and sometimes rises to 15 Mb/s.


Is this really the only way I can download Forza? Or is there any way to speed up the download back to its original speed?


P.S. I've already changed delivery optimization settings and cleared cache of MS Store but it doesn't seem to help. Games from Steam and files from the most sites don't expirience the issue speed in Steam is usually 66 Mb/s.

Cant download Forza Horizon 4

Partial download of Forza Horizon 4 will not delete.

Hello there!

I am having problems with uninstalling partially downloaded files from my computer.

What Happened:

• I was downloading Forza Horizon 4 from the XBOX beta app on my PC but then my house had a power-cut.
• This turned my PC off and the download was stopped.
• When my PC was turned back on, 45GB was taken up on my SSD.
• The XBOX beta app and the Microsoft store app do not show that Forza Horizon 4 has been installed so I cannot click uninstall to remove the files.
• I cannot find Forza Horizon 4 anywhere on my PC even through the Apps and Features menu.
• After some digging I found "Microsoft.SunriseBaseGame" this was the Forza horizon 4 file.
• I cannot delete this as it requires permission from "SYSTEM" to delete.
• I am using my own PC that I have built.
• I have tried to solve this issue by changing the security details in the property tab of the file.
• However this still would not work.

Is there any way I can uninstall these files?
