Windows 10: Forza Horizon 4 Stuck at 0% Sync

I'm stuck on this screen for some reason, and if I try to cancel it, the game keeps loading foreverI've already tried to do everything mentioned on this post:https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/apps_windows_10-win_xbox/forza-horizon-4-pc-cloud-sync-stuck-at-0-after/a813fd3f-dad0-4959-ac65-7305818b1dd4Seems like I'm getting an error at the "Windows Store apps Troubleshoot" though:

Forza Horizon 4 PC cloud sync stuck at 0% after wiping game to attempt to fix crashes

I reset my Forza Horizon 4 in order to attempt to fix a crashing issue I was having, and now when I try to sync my level 300 account with over 40 million credits, the syncing get stuck at 0%. I have tried letting it sit and nothing happens. I would really
like to not lose 6 to 700 hours of progress.

Forza Horizon 4 will not unistall

Hi Titus,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I'd suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Click on Start menu, and look for Forza Horizon 4. Right click on it and select
Uninstall.

You can also uninstall the game through settings by following the below steps.

1. Press Windows key + I together to open Settings.

2. Click on Apps > Apps & features.

3. Click on Forza Horizon 4.

4. Select Uninstall.

Let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's fixed.
