Windows 10: Forza Horizon 4 will not unistall

So I have been trying to uninstall this game for an hour now on my pc. I have tried everything I can think of, I went to add/remove programs, it wasn't there. I checked the windows store to see if there was uninstall button on there but when I clicked the three dots and the manage it brought me to a list of apps and sure enough Forza was not there. I went into the WindowsApps file, having to give myself permission through a lengthy procces, then went and found the files for the game and had to give myself permission to delete them, going through the same process to access windowsapps. For some reason It said I need permission from myself to delete the file "You require permission from (my desktop and username) to make changes to the folder", with no prompt to give permission. This game is taking up over 80 gbs of 256 gb ssd and I really need the space, please help.
