Windows 10: forza horizon 4 wont launch

so i just reinstalled forza horizon 4 and it doesnt wanna launch at all only gives me a start up screen like 2 or 3 seconds and then poof its gone its not on task manager or anything my antivirus is off and i dont have any other addictional programs running in the background as i restart the pc and the same happens i am really frustrated as the game was working fine before and all my drivers are up to date and my system requirments do meet with forzas minimum requirements as the game was working before the reinstall and im super bummed b cuz the game was a gift from my wife and i feel embarresed and im pissed off at the same time i tried terminating and reseting already
specs : msi 1060 3 gig twin frozer
i5 7500
8 gigs hyper x ddr4 2133 mhz

Forza horizon 3 wont launch!

Hey,

I bought forza horizon 3 yesterday, and finally its done downloading.

But it wont launch for some reason. I shows a forza windowed picture, it did that too with sea of thieves, but sea of thieves launched after that, except for forza horizon, wich didnt launch. I did not get any crash reports or something, so u guys could
help me!

Forza Horizon 4 will not launch past initial launch window

I purchased forza horizon 4 ultimate edition yesterday on the 28th and after I installed it I noticed that the car pass had not installed. So when I went to install it, it gave me errors and said that something unexpected happened. So when it finally installed
the launch window immediately closed whereas before it would stay open for a while and then close. I have no idea what is wrong but my forza horizon 3 is doing the exact same thing.
