Windows 10: Forza horizon kicking me from online every 45 miniutes

I completely reset my PC as it was slowing down abit, which seems to have sorted that out but now i have nothing but problems when trying to play any windows 10 game, more specifically Forza horizon 4. I just lose connection and my connectivity says;

Xbox Multiplayer:

Nat type: Open

Server connectivity: Blocked


Then after around 5-10 mins it goes back to normal and says its conected and will let me play for a furthur 40 mins or so, then just do the exact same thing again.

Online in Forza Horizon 4

I got problem with online in Forza Horizon 4, the NAT connection is ok but server connection is blocked, thats the problem of going online. Solutions that were mentioned in official instructions doesn't
