Windows 10: Foxit reader

My current version of foxit reader is old, but I can't figure out how to update it on this windows 10 version. Any help would be appreciated.

file explorer crashes.

The error points to the converttopdfshellextension_x64.dll which appears to be a component of Foxit Reader so try updating Foxit Reader to the latest version:

If the error persists you could try disabling the Foxit Windows context menu item as discussed in the following link:

"Quickbooks has stopped working" A problem has caused quickbooks to stop working correctly. windows will close the program & notify you if a solution is available.

Install the FREE Foxit Reader program and use it as the printer. Within QuickBooks choose "Print" and then choose Foxit Reader as your printer. Foxit Reader
will print a PDF which you can save to your local drive and then attach the PDF to an email using your email program.

With any luck, you can install the latest version over the old one. If not, you'll have to uninstall the old version and then install the new.

Depends how old the old version is. If its several years I would be tempted to uninstall Foxit, run ccleaner and then install the latest version.
