Windows 10: Free startup for Windows 10 on a laptop with no Windows software

I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 which came with Vista.


Starting up the laptop recently Vista will not run in any mode. It says Windows is not installed and asks for a startup disk.


Knowing Windows 10 can run on my machine but unable to download or upgrade it how do I get this installed? My laptop has a CD ROM and USB ports.
