    Freeze in Zoom at startup

    Hi

during zoom startup, if i'm not the organizer I get a video and possibly audio freeze.

I noticed that 'Windows camera frame server' application uses more CPU than the zoom application up to 7% and once it goes down to about 3% the video unfreezes.

I'm using the ASUS VivoBook S531F with IntelR CoreTM i7-10510U CPU @ 1.80GHz 2.30 GHz with 16.0 GB RAM memory.

The freeze may take up to 2 minutes from connection.

I'm certain it has nothing to do with Internet connection or other applications running.

    Awaiting your technical team support...

    thanks,

    Amit.

    :)
