    To rule in or rule out problems the msinfo32, dxdiag, event.vwr, drivers, dumps, etc will be useful for the troubleshooting.

    Does the dm log collector work on the computer?

    I believe my issue was with Edge, will repost this if it locks/freezes up. I was reading a post by Mike1951 and he wrote Edge caused him lock ups. so maybe the update 1709 fixes the issue.
