    Freeze with mouse activity

I tried a few things last night. Played one round of pubg. Was working fine, then it dropped me from dischord and let me finish the round before locking up. I have never had much luck with onboard audio and the way it acted last night I may try a fresh install with audio off in bios and just see how it acts. I just found it odd that an event triggered a lockup in windows but let me finish my game.

Ok guys, just for kicks I reinstalled windows. This time I did not do any of the updates and just installed everything like normal. I did disable the onboard sound and its running perfect. Been horsing around over 2 hours without a hitch. My windows is version-1703 build 15063.0
Can I get away with just leaving it be or do I need to update? If I need to update, can it be done without errors and everything I have experienced to this point? Thanks so much for the help

It is not necessary to upgrade. It is likely to happen automatically over the next few weeks.
The Windows Pro should have options to delay the upgrade.
