Windows 10: Freezing when playing games

    Freezing when playing games


    is 8 passes really required? its been running for 7 and a half hours and is only half way through the 3rd pass. 8 passes is gonna take over 24 hours

    8 passes is required for conclusive results, less gives inconclusive results and is thus a waste of time.

    Freezing when playing games

    I have just realised the previous owner had indeed overclocked the CPU. I have reverted back to the optimised settings in the bios and now Prime95 seems to run with no errors. Will try to see if I get any more freezes in games
