Windows 10: Frequent BSODs DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE 0x9F 0x3 on Lenovo Laptop [Win10]

Good day! I keep getting 0x9F 0x3 BSODs on my laptop, usually it happens under some CPU/GPU heavy load, but I didn't find any pattern yet.Sleep/Hibernation mode is off, the Battery Life Safer feature is off it happens in both cases with enabled and disabled feature. On Lenovo forums there is some debates about the incompatibility of 2TB SSD or 64Gb RAM for this laptop, but it's looks like not a case. Also there are some complains about the stability of the latest BIOS version for this laptop. All the hardware drivers are up to date. I've not figured what the driver could cause this issue

BSOD - Automate how to show cause and resolution

I am working with Riverbed and we have software that capture Windows Event logs summary. I would like to automate the way how we can show the cause of BSOD and provide suggestion on how to resolve it from Enterprise wide view.

from our solutiion called, aternity, I can see how many users are impacted with same issue of BSOD, and identify how frequent it happened.

Please help me to decode the hex value in module info for Device Power State Failure, to know if the cause is chipset/motherboard, or what driver to fix.

Bug Check 0x9F DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE becoming more frequent

Since the preparatory updates before Windows 10 (64-bit) v2004 and now after getting v2004 pushed to my Toshiba laptop, I have been getting DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE BSODs when sleeping/resuming.

I would really appreciate some help pinpointing which driver causes this. Windows Update does not suggest any Optional updates/drivers at all. Here's the collected files:

My Windows 10 is Pro 64-bit v2004 build 19041.329.

 

DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE BSoD

This is happening on a Lenovo V145-15AST.

The first it happened was around a couple of days after I used CCleaner's new Driver "Updater". I used CCleaner's inbuilt driver rollback but it wasn't able to restore them all. I had made a Windows system restore before I first used CCleaner's driver "Updater", so I restored to that point and thought things would be o k.

Then around three days after it happened again.
