Windows 10: Frequent disconnects from network

Hi,

I have an extremely perplexing problem which I hope someone can help with. I have 2 self built PC's with the same OS and Mobo but different CPU's. One of the systems is stable and has no problems, the other has frequent but random disconnects from the net. The one which is stable has a Ryxen 3600 and the unstable a 2700.

I have tried the following to resolve the issue but with no luck:

1) Install latest network drivers
2) Rollback to earlier drivers
3) Ensure OS is up to date
4) Turn off Green Ethernet and ability of computer to shut down network when idle.
5) Reset the network stack
6) Disable/reboot/ re-enable Ethernet
7) Try running just Ethernet (board supports wifi as well)
8)Try running just wifi
9) Run scannow
10) Chang patch cable
11) Change router port used
12) Change router
13) Change Mobo.

SO basically I have run out of ideas. The symptoms are that if I run both with Ethernet the primary network after a variable amount of time the connection will drop and sometimes the computer will switch over to wifi and then again after a variable amount of time the wifi will disappear as well.

If I run one of the two options (alone) it will eventually drop and I will be disconnected from the net. What makes this even more frustrating is that the other system runs fine and apart from the CPU all other system software and hardware is the same.

I have attached a copy of the output fromsysinfo in case that helps find a solution.

Frequent disconnects from network

firstly many thanks for taking the time to reply. I have done as suggested and performed a clean boot. After the computer restated the network was working for about a couple of minutes before disappearing. I'm not sure what the next step should be as it would seem that none of the non-essential services is causing the problem.

Windows has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet connection. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your internet.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Connection troubleshooter

Method 2: Try updating the latest Network Adapter drivers from the manufacturer's website and check if the issue persists.

• Follow the steps to update the Network Adapter drivers:
• Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.
  
• Expand Network Adapter.
• Right-click on the Ethernet and click on Update driver software.
  
• Restart the computer and check.

Wifi frequently disconnecting, Win10? Any suggestions please??

I realize that the WiFi is disconnecting frequently. I will try to help you with this issue.

You will be able to solve some problems by running a troubleshooter that will automatically fix some common issues.

Open the Network troubleshooter by following these steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on Troubleshooting and click on
  View All.
  

Click on “Network Adapter” troubleshooter to fix problems with
Network Adapter. Follow the on-screen directions to run this troubleshooter and restart the computer to check if this helps.

Further, suggest you to follow all the steps from this article to check if that helps.
