Windows 10: Fresco Logics USB 3 unable to detect by Intel Graphics

Discus and support Fresco Logics USB 3 unable to detect by Intel Graphics in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I tried to connect the second screen through the HDMI to USB 3 convertor and found the PC Intel Graphic card couldn’t detect from the Fresco Logic...     Fresco Logics USB 3 unable to detect by Intel Graphics


    I tried to connect the second screen through the HDMI to USB 3 convertor and found the PC Intel Graphic card couldn’t detect from the Fresco Logic IDDCX Adapter.

    Screen 1 through PC HDMI port
    Screen 2 through HDMI to USB3 convertor

    When the screen 2 isn’t detected by the Intel UHD Graphics 630, I couldn’t get the collage setting in the intel graphics.
    No multi display detected from Intel’s graphic card but PC setting already have 2 display.


    How can I able the PC Intel's Graphic to detect the second screen through the USB3 to HDMI adaptor?

    For us to assist you better with your concern, we'd like to know more. Kindly answer the following questions:


    • What is the current build and version number of your Windows 10? To check, press the Windows key, type winver, and press the Enter key.

    • Have you tried downloading a Fresco logic driver from their website? We'd also like to know if your Intel graphics driver are also up to date.
    • Can you send us a screenshot of your current Intel graphics and media control panel settings?

    So I reciently hooked up 2 monitors using fresco logics usb 3.0 to hdmi adapters. I was (after struggling) able to get my monitors to work in the correct resolution. however my displays do not show up in my intel graphics and media control panel settings.
    this is an issue because both monitors are stuck in limited colors, and the only way to get it to full is for the intel graphics control panel to be able to recognize usb connected monitors. this is very frustrating. and there is no other way to fix the color
    properties. this is a major flaw in windows 10 and would greatly appreciate a fix. thank you for your time and patience.
