Windows 10: Fresh install forced 24H2 and having a lot of issues, best place for older iso

I did a fresh install on my PC. I was on 23H2 due to restrictions from compatibility with games, but the windows installer built the USB with 24H2. I now have multiple issues that are causing complete freezes, etc. What is the best way to get a older iso from Microsoft?Major Issues: - Freezing while playing games- If I use HDMI output, cannot wake up monitor after monitor goes to sleep not PC sleep, have the performance power plan- Odd issues with one drive ex: Cloud Files Diagnostic Event Listener Errors- Microsoft-Windows-TPM-WMI: Event: 1796

Best way to OS to iso to install?!

Norton ghost can make ISO's of a HDD but I would just suggest making a whole image and placing it on a thumbdrive cause its faster to install instead of useing a DVD drive.

Fresh install, Win Update issue

This is the problem I have with the ISOs I downloaded from Microsoft's TechNet service. If I install a fresh copy of Windows Vista SP2 or 7 SP1 from those ISOs, it will never find updates. BUT, if I use the old discs I burned years ago (Vista SP1 and 7 vanilla), then there's no problem at all. If you want, I could make you a 64bit ISO of either of those old discs.
