Windows 10: Fresh install issues

Hi all, I'm having a hell of a job trying to get Windows to install & have got to the point where it's patently obvious that I need some help.

I've just swapped out my main hard disc for a 500GB M.2 & am trying to install a fresh copy of W10 onto the thing, easy enough, I assumed. I've just created what I think is my 16th-17th iteration of the installation USB on a brand new USB 3.0 drive that arrived about half an hour ago.

My issue is that whenever I try to boot from the drive, I get a few moments of the blue Windows logo & then the PC starts boot-looping, I've tried forcing legacy/UEFI boot/storage support through the BIOS settings.

Fresh installation media from multiple ISO and "installation media tool" downloads (you're welcome for the bandwidth spike Microsoft <3, I'm glad my connection isn't metered).

Just about to pull every drive except for the new one & the USB to see if the installer is getting confused and shitting a cathedral.

Does anyone have any other ideas before I give up and accept my new life?

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Yeah I'm pretty sure that's not a software related issue which is why I was suggesting that you remove the video card to start with since it's such an easy process of elimination step.

I'm not familiar with AMD CPUs, I did see that you had listed in your system specs but I had no idea whether or not it has an iGPU

Is there any possibility of you being able to get your hands on any compatible video card at all?it would be the easiest step to try to troubleshoot or at least one of the easier ones. You should be able to get into the bios without anything but A display cable hooked up to the motherboard
