Windows 10: fresh install of windows 10 has Errors

After having a few error with the last install and system lockups and crashing I reinstalled windows 10 fresh start downloading files from the internet. some of the warnings are still there tried all the solutions mentioned on here Dated From 2016/7

I have 4 with error 2 of each

FIRST ONE

The machine-default permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

{C2F03A33-21F5-47FA-B4BB-156362A2F239}
and APPID
{316CDED5-E4AE-4B15-9113-7055D84DCC97}
to the user NT AUTHORITY\LOCAL SERVICE SID S-1-5-19 from address LocalHost Using LRPC running in the application container Unavailable SID Unavailable. This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.


SECOND ONE

From what I have been reading these errors have been occurring since 2016

Why are they occurring and how do i fix them properly, are they going to cause problems with other software when installed

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windows 10 installing progs

Fresh installs do it too, in fact i have had the same bs happen. Might be suggested apps which you can turn off.
