Windows 10: Fresh install of Windows 10

We are always encouraged to do a fresh install of Wondows 10 to avoid issues. I have just done a fresh install of Windows 10 and I am just at the place where it says to setup an account. I am doing the install for a friend and while I know her email address i do not know her password and have no intention of asking her for her password. For the life of me i can’t think of any reason Microsoft would force you to setup an account when having no idea how the computer will be used. There are computers that are used for things other than the internet. It tells you you can go into the settings after you set it up and change it to login locally but for some inexplicable reason will not simply allow you to set it up that way initially. Why does it not allow you to set it up the way you intend to use it initially rather than forcing you to create an account and then once it is all setup we have to go into settings and change it to the way we wanted to set it up initially?


So i would appreciate if someone can tell me how to get past the account setup without knowing the password for the email of the person I am setting up the computer for?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windows 10 installing progs

Fresh installs do it too, in fact i have had the same bs happen. Might be suggested apps which you can turn off.
