Windows 10: Fresh OS install, official ISO, acting weird.

I've created a bootable USB using the tool from the official download mirror. Installed twice on newly bought SSD and once on another HDD, same problems.After the first mandatory updates are done, OS apps keep closing. For example:ScreenSketch.exe closed due to faulty module KERNELBASE.dllSettings window closes out of the blue.Only on the very first install, TaskManager worked fine except the Performance tab, which would make the app to crash when selected. On second install, Performance tab works fine I have not installed optional updates and all other drivers and apps I did on the first ins

Best way to OS to iso to install?!

Norton ghost can make ISO's of a HDD but I would just suggest making a whole image and placing it on a thumbdrive cause its faster to install instead of useing a DVD drive.

Fresh OS installation to my Laptop

My Laptop (HP Spectre X360 - 13-Ae045tu) came up with Windows 10 Pro pre-installed. I want to do a fresh installation of Windows 10 pro. What are the ways to do it?

• If I download ISO of Win 10 from Microsoft site will it be registered/activate in my laptop?
• Is it mandatory to make bootable flash drive to install or fresh installation can be done by mounting ISO file as virtual DVD drive?
• Can I install OS by completely deleting partitions (currently there is System reserve partitions along with C: drive)? If yes, virtual DVD drive procedure will not work, right?

Should I convert the disk from MBR to GPT (as this is the newest partition style)? What is the recommendation?
