Windows 10: Fresh paint in app purchases

Hello, I was just wondering if there is a paid version of the fresh paint app that has more functions and features. It says on the store that the app has in app purchases but alas I cannot find any anywhere.

Fresh Paint - No in App Purchase Option

I am having the same issue of trying steps to get the Fresh Paint In-Apps Purchases available.

I have tried reinstalling fresh paint many times.

I have tried the tools that check the app to make sure it is running correctly as well as the one that checks the store.

I have tried to reset the cache for the store.

I finally reinstalled a complete fresh version of windows and then tried the reinstall.

Nothing has worked.

My daughter has started to like to color on the tablet with me and I want to get the some of the color packages to do with her but I cannot get this sorted.

Help would be greatly appreciated.
