Windows 10: Fresh Start Option

I wanted to use the Fresh Start option on Windows 10 to clean my 8-year-old HP PC. I want to make sure that I thoroughly clean my computer, however, I want to keep my pictures and saved documents. I know that it said it would keep all "personal data" but I'm not sure if pictures and saved documents fall under that category. I want to know if it will be all permanently deleted before going through with it.

Windows Fresh Start

What I mean by fresh start is, an option found in Windows Defender Security Center -> Device Performance & Health -> Fresh Star

• Fresh Start: "Start fresh with a clean up to date installation of Windows. This will keep your personal files and some windows settings, and remove some of your apps."

I proceeded to check the disk through the mentioned instructions but no error was found. Any idea what might be causing the issue?

 

Mouse Pointer in Fresh Paint

As of now, there is no option to disappear mouse pointer and turn into a dot or circle.I suggest you to use feedback inside the fresh paint app and give feedback regarding this.

Please follow the steps below:

• Open fresh paint.
• Click on hub(the three lines, in top left corner).
• Click on settings.
• Click on send feedback.

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?
