    Hi,

    To identify what's exactly is causing this slowness, we can't simply guess. We have to diagnose;

    For that you have to use Windows Performance Toolkit to take a trace and then we can see what's the system is doing;

    - Download and Install windows Performance Toolkit Windows ADK downloads - Windows Hardware Dev Center . Choose the package corresponding to your Windows version.

    - Record a trace using Windows Performance Recorder using these options: https://justpaste.it/1eze1

    - While recording the trace, try to work on your system for about 2 minutes (Open settings, photos ...etc). Then click the save button and give your file a name.- Compress the resulting file

    - Share it through TransferNow or any other file sharing platform.

    I'll analyze your trace file and give you a feedback.
