Windows 10: From MSN homepage Bad Ads redirected to

Every day when I start at MSN News homepage, I was redirected to these bad website addresses. I was redirected to them several times a day.

I’m tired of them. My comp was frozen each time it happened. The only way out is Task Manager and End Process.

I have Malwarebytes and Window Defense. I think they stopped them.

When you are going to stop these bad ads Microsoft? They are everywhere on your stating page.

MSN Homepage appears at bootup


Hi,

For several days now I have had the MSN homepage pop up every time I boot up. It appears to be initiated by a call to open the page http://www.msftconnecttest.com/redirect . MSN is not my home page and I don't want to see it. How can I stop it opening? I haven't had any updates (due mainly to the fact that, currently, my computer is unable to receive them).

There is an old thread here which suggests an answer using Malwarebytes AdwCleaner. This and other efforts have been taken, but no luck.

  Which web browser are you using?
  

If you are referring to IE, I suggest you to clear the cache and cookies and check if it helps.

To clear Cookies

• 
  Open IE, Go to Tools -> Internet options
  
• 
  Under Browsing History, Click
  Delete.
  
• 
  In the next pop-up window, Ensure Cookies check box is checked and click on Delete.
  

To clear Cache

• 
  Open IE, Press F12, then Ctrl + R
  

• 
  A pop-up "Are you sure you want to clear browser cache" pops up
  
• 
  Select Yes.

Homepage on Edge


I don't know what happened but I can't set my homepage to msn on Edge. I tried the instructions but they don't work.
What is the next step ?????? Thanks
