    When my child tries to access https://edu.cospaces.io using their Microsoft account, they get an error message:

    But when I sign into the Family Settings page Microsoft Family Safety to allow access for this child, I don't see anywhere I can do this?

    Under the Content restrictions section, I've already set it to No Restrictions.

    Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

    1. Are you facing this issue with a specific website?

    2. Which websites are you trying to block?

    I understand that your child is able to access blocked websites from the child account. I suggest you to just type the domain name proceeding with the .com without HTTPS (Example: Youtube.com) and check if that helps. Refer the following article for
    steps to
    block inappropriate website    .

    If the issue still persists, I suggest you to remove and re-add the child to the family account. Refer the following article for steps to

    remove members from your family group    . The following link will provide steps to

    add members to your family group    .

    Microsoft Family Child Account - Able to Access Blocked Accounts

    Hi Randy,

    The issue that you’ve encountered regarding the restrictions that you’ve set on your child’s account under
    Microsoft Family may be caused by some configuration on the feature. To sort out your concern, we suggest that you remove and re-add your child’s account to the
    Microsoft family. This process will re-establish a good configuration on the account. To remove a Family member, you may follow the steps provided in this article on how to
    remove members from your Microsoft family.
    Once you’re on the page, you may proceed with the steps under the Online section, and then complete the process. After completing the steps, you may go to this article on how to
    set up your family, and then complete the given steps. After completing the process,
    you may set the restrictions to your child’s account by following the steps given in this article on how to
    set restrictions for your child
    on Windows 10 and Xbox One.

    Export list of "allowed websites" to another child in microsoft family account

    I have a rather large list of allowed websites on my son's account. Is there a way to export that list so it can be used with another family member so that I don't have to manually reenter each website under the different child's account in Microsoft
