Windows 10: Frozen PC win 10

Salve! Posseggo un Computer Asus modello X540Sa. Il computer si avvia, salta il login dell'account e mostra direttamente il desktop.Dopodiché non fa più niente. Il mouse si muove e a volte si illuminano i pulsanti della barra di windows quando ci passo sopra, però non riesco né ad aprire il menù col tasto windows, né a copiere qualunque azione. In più, quando provo ad avviarlo in safe-mode, si blocca all'avvio e non procede. Sapete aiutarmi?Grazie

I just saw this laptop freeze this evening. It happened while my son was in Gmail and the laptop froze while he was typing. We left it frozen for quite a while but it didn't recover.

We did try the steps suggested on the below URL to regain control, but we ended up having to do a hard boot

I'm just wondering, since there was a recent freeze, are there any logs that we can refer to now that might suggest what caused it to lock up. If it is something as simple as a driver needed, that would might be easier to install than reimaging as Windows 7 and then upgrading to Windows 10.

is hardware OK (Win 7) for upgrade to windows 10

I think in one of the other PC with win 7 or win 8.1 I run media creators tools and in some step prompt/found graphics card not supported... for win 10. I didn't found alone reading specs of win 10, but the tool says me... after changed graphics card the tool said all OK and continued OK with upgrade... That I ask to reach this step in this current PC - win 7 - must be all OK for the upgrade? Or must continue to upgrade to show this?

• Create media(DVD, USB stick, ISO)
