    Fujitsu ScanSnap IX500 Not working Windows 10 Build 10130


    Hey does anyone know how to get the Scansnap scanner to work ?

    I have the Fujitsu ScanSnap IX500 when i install drivers for Windows 8.1 64 BIT i can not seem to get the scan snap manager to open or work.

    Therefore i can not use this great and wonderful scanner.

    Does any know how to fix this for Windows 10 Build 10130 64 Bit ?

    My ScanSnap iX500 has stopped working suddenly.

    My IX500 has stopped working suddenly. The only event that could have triggered this (apart from equipment failure) is the Windows 10 update from 6th Feb 2018. This has removed the drivers, and what's more, it now cannot find the IX500 drivers on the internet,
    or even on the Fujitsu list when youn select manufacturer - there's other there, but not the IX500. What now?

    Missing MSVCP100.dll MSVCR100.dll after Windows update.

    I have the same problem after the update on September.

    I also uploaded Visual C++ for 64 Bit, problem still exists.

    I am trying to use Scansnap Manager for Fujitsu ix500 Scanner.
