    Full ram not usable.


    I have a gigabyte B450M Gaming motherboard pairs with a 8gb Corsair Vengeance Lpx ddr4 ram and amd ryzen 3 2200G with an integrated graphics (No other graphics). But the problem is that my computer is showing that only 5.95 GB of installed memory is present inspite of the 8 GB. Now I want to use all of the 8GB memory. Can you help me fix this thing??? An early reply is appreciated. Thank you.

    I have 16GB RAM but it indicates only 1.98GB usable. How do I make all 16 usable?

    The RAM is recognized. In BIOS it shows exact amount installed, Windows also shows exact amount installed but limits usable RAM.

    There are several reasons why this is happening. It could be an issue with hardware, configuration in BIOS settings and computer architecture as well. To help you with this, we need more information about your machine. Please answer the questions below:

    • Which version of Windows you are using? Please follow the steps on this
      link       on how to check it. Also check if you have 32 or 64 bit operating system installed.
    • Have you made any changes to your machine before this issue occurs?

    For the meantime, please follow the steps on this link on how you can maximize
    the usage of your memory.

    If you are using custom build computer, it would be best to check if the hardware is compatible to your motherboard.
