Windows 10: Fun with Cortana

Nice video by the way. I'm pretty sure I won't really use Cortana, but it would nice to have a play.

 

No, I'm sorry, I didn't.
Mainly because there are so many variables with settings on different systems in different countries. Also, Cortana's abilities seemed to have deteriorated over the past couple weeks so I figured we'd just wait for a new Build and see what happens.

A while ago we had a couple from America staying with us. They had recently acquired iPhones and were very taken with the personal assistant (Siri ??). They kept showing me the things it could do, and the questions it could ask.

Drove me mad but they were happy bunnies ...

 

Siri is Off on mine *Wink
Some people like that stuff not sure why lazy typers I suppose or just don't know how to turn off auto correct spelling which is maddening on the iphone *Tongue

 

You shouldn't have to write a cheat sheet, we're talking about computers.... they should verify that everything is configured correctly and tell you if something is off .... and how to fix it or fix it in the application with your permission.

Pilots check their planes before takeoff so they don't crash ... programs should do the same.

The need for speed has superceded the need for it works the first time and everytime.
