Bom dia ultimamente estou tentando fazer o download de um jogo mas sempre que vou abrir para jogar aparece esse erro: api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll Eu consegui resolver refazendo o download do microsoft visual c++ Só que apareceu um novo erro msvcp140.dll queria que alguem me ajudasse a resolver esse problema

This might have caused due to any settings or driver related issues.

As a first step, I suggest you to try the following steps to configure

follow the steps given below and check.

• Press Windows +X keys on the keyboard.
  
• Click Power Options.
  
• On the Left side menu select Choose what the power buttons do.
• Now go to section which says when I press the power button.
• Scroll down and select shutdown.
• Select the Save Changes Button.
• Restart the computer and check.

If still the issue persists, then try installing the latest chipset drivers from Windows Updates or from Computer manufacturer's website and check if the issue persists. This is to check if this is caused due to any driver
related issues.

Lumia 435 and viber problems

Hi Gabriela,

If you run the Battery Saver app and select "show apps that can run in the background", is Viber in the list? If it's not the list, you need to select "All apps". Then scroll through the list and tap on Viber. Then turn on "allow app to run in the background".

If this does not resolve the problem, you'll want to contact Viber technical support via
