Game Bar not Recording Microphone and Backround Noise (Windows 10)

So I have been having a problem that has been bugging me that people have been complaining about for years. The Microphone doesn't work with windows 10 Game Bar. Even if I go into Game Bar settings and turn my microphone to 100 it doesn't work. I've found out switching from the recording settings from "All" to "Game Only" allows your microphone to be heard but alas there is another problem. The system sounds cant be heard besides the game. If you try to have a conversation over Skype, Discord, or Teamspeak. It will NOT record that, but when using the "All" option it DOES record System sounds such as the game you are playing, discord, and Skype but no microphone. I'd like to know a fix besides turning it to "All" and switching on "Listen to this device" in microphone settings which will grant you microphone audio in "All" but you have a constant loop of you talking in the background in your Speakers.

    :)
