  1. Game crash Event ID 1002 & 1000

    Hello!

Recently I've been having a lot of crashes with a game called No Man's Sky on my PC.

I have an NVIDIA GeForce 1060 3GB Amp edition GPU, an AMD Ryzen 5 1600 six-core processor, and 16GB of DDR4 RAM.

I downloaded the latest GeForce driver update which came out 7 days after the last one I downloaded on November 6th, which caused a lot of crashing already. This new driver seemed to have fixed the issue for an hour or so, but now the crashes are back again. It can happen at any time during the game, when loading in, walking around or doing what ever. The screen just freezes, the sound keeps playing and then I get a notification that it's not responding after which I either have to end the process or the game will just simply close by itself.

Every time it crashes I either get an Event ID 1002 or an Event ID 1000 error. This is the message I get:

The program NMS.exe version 0.1.0.0 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.

I have searched endlessly online for a solution, deleting shader cache files, verifying the integrity of the game files, and so forth, but I couldn't find a solution. Does anyone know how this can be fixed? It's my favourite game to play right now and the constant crashing is really depressing.

    :)

    Event ID 1001 & 1002

    Hi

I recently bought the game THE HUNTER CALL OF THE WILD and have been playing it but I do tend to find the game crash's quite often.

I posted in their forums on this and one user said to look at the event viewer so I did and I found the crash's in the list. I seem to have two different even ID's 1001 & 1002

Now I also get an error message

Please forgive the caps was copy and pasted so would not have to type it all in
No I do know my graphics card is a little under powered for the game might this be causing this issue or might there be a different reason?

I do know for a fact my drivers are up to date as I checked that first as the error message suggested and it came back most up to date drivers already installed.

As far as I know the rest of the game requirements are meet or exceeded is only the graphics card that is under powered as they want NVIDEA where as I have Intel. Will rectify this when I replace this system next summer, but until then what if anything can I do to resolve this issue so it won't crash all the time like this had 3-4 crash's this morning alone already.

Sometimes I can play for hours unaffected and other times like this morning can't even clear 30 minutes without multiple crash's

    Thanks!

    EVENT ID 1000

About every 90 seconds my screen blacks out for just a split second and the taskbar crashes (disappears and recovers). I have done the "sfc/scannow" and it tells me there is no violation of integrity. Someone else mentioned "IDT Audio control
    panel
". But I don't think I have it installed (or even have it.)

I checked the event viewer and it lists every occurrence of the problem. It labels it "Event ID: 1000", and says something about explorer.exe. Below is the information it gives me... kinda long, but if anyone could help, it would be just great!
