i have intel hd 3000 earlier it was working after update it is not working

I had the same issue. I couldn't record clips with game DVR because of this error "your pc can't record clips". I followed these steps and the game DVR worked for me and now i can record games. Follow these steps and let

me know if this works for you too.

.)Hold windows button and then press R to open RUN.

.)Type regedit.

.)Go to HKEY_lOCAL_MACHINE/ SYSTEM/ CurrentControlSet/ Control

.)Change the entry PortableOperatingSystem from 1 to 0.

.)Now got to view tab in regedit and click refresh.

.)Open task manager and kill broadcast DVR server.

.) thats it.

 

PC doesn´t meet hardware requirements for game bar.

It sounds like your graphics card may not be compatible with the recording functionality of Game Bar. Do you know what model your graphics card is?

Here's a page that lists the system requirements of Game Bar's DVR function:

If your PC doesn't meet those requirements, you won't be able to use Game Bar to record.

Making a new thread, based on the old one that has been closed. I have the same issue.

Hardware:

* Windows 10 Home v2004

* 8 GB RAM

* Intel i5-7200 @ 3 GHz

* GeForce GT 1030

I know my card is not the best in the world, but I would certainly think that my PC meets hardware requirements. Latest drivers are installed. I had hoped that my upgrade to v2004 would fix the problem -- it did not. The only thing that improved was the
error message. In the previous version v1909 the message was 'try again later'. Now the message is 'PC does not meet the hardware requirements'.

Recording etc not possible. Broadcast DVR process is not running in the background. Any help is appreciated.
