Windows 10: Game is currently not available on your account message on several games

Apparently this was a problem back in July 2017, and it is back now. Getting an error saying 'game is currently not available on your account'. I uninstalled one game, tried to reinstall, but get the same error.

Redeem a game

I'm from Romania, Europe, don't know if my language will be available but i don't want it in my language, i want it in english.

I've done both Online and Windows 10 steps from the link, but still the same error:

Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page.

 

Error: (Multiple Games) is not currently available in your account.

Whenever I try to launch a game that I purchased recently from the Windows store, it says:

(Insert Game Title here) is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

This has happened with 3 games, Rise of Nations: Extended Edition, Forza Horizon 3 and Zoo Tycoon Ultimate Animal Collection.

I have tried running the Windows apps troubleshooter and restarting my computer. Neither worked.

If I reinstall the game from the Windows Store, it will run for around a day before giving me the same error message.

Is there something wrong with my account or is it my PC? For the record when I can get the games to launch they run beautifully.

• There's a new version of the game.
• The game is not available in your region.
• The game was removed from the marketplace.
