Windows 10: Game saves

Hello,For some reason, games purchased from the Microsoft store or even ones got from game pass will not save onto my pc at all, the games save yes but my game save data won't so everytime I load game I have to start from beginning and input all my settings again etc, I'm not sure if I have removed a file by accident but no games at all will save and this only happens with Microsoft store games, I tried changing windows app folder permissions but issue still persists. Any help would be welcomed with open arms :

I understand that the game doesn’t save the progress made on your account, I suggest to follow the steps given below.

• Please navigate to:
  C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Packages.
  
• Under Packages folder, locate the file
  Microsoft.SunriseBaseGame
  and move it to some other location.
  
• Relaunch your game and see if you can save the game progress.
  
  If you still face the same issue, I suggest to post your query on
  Forza Forums.

If you're playing the game online while you're signed in with your Microsoft account, the game progress should automatically save to the cloud. Otherwise, there may be an interruption with the game server or an incorrect account configuration preventing
the game progress from syncing. To gain more clarity of your concern, kindly answer the following questions:

• Are you trying to play the game online or offline?
• Is your device connected to a wired or a wireless network?
• Were you able to save your game progress before?
• Are you using the same Microsoft account to sign in to the Xbox app and the game?
• Have you tried playing other games to check if you can save the progress?

Meanwhile, kindly perform the following steps to make sure that your device is connected to the Internet:

• Click Start then select Settings.
• Select Network & Internet.
• Check if you can see You're connected to the Internet under
  Network status.
