Windows 10: gamer problems

How can you come out with a op system that makes all of our Activision games $ 1000.00s worth , worthless and not provide a fix or A patch or tell us how to alter the program to allow these games two work properly!!!

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

Xbox One Custom Gamer Picture

If I upload a custom gamer picture and it gets accepted and allowed, could I get banned or so if someone reports the image as inappropriate? My current gamer picture might be seen as suggestive, although it was allowed and is safe for work. Should I change
it to something else?
