    Hey Microsoft, I have a Windows 10 laptop that I play games on. I have this issue with my games and apps to where around every 4 minutes, my computer acts like I have opened up another app when I haven't. So, then I would have to click back on my game/app and let my computer know that I am still using the app. And ever since I found this problem, I have been all over YouTube and Microsoft Community Pages trying to figure out how to fix this issue and nothing has worked. I have done multiple scans on the Command Prompt (I know I was using the Admin CP) and the problem is still there. If Microsoft Support or Community Members find this question and have a solution, please let me know.

    • Is this issue specific to any game?

    Based on the error you've received, this seems to be due to corrupted Store cache. We suggest manually resetting the Store app from the Settings menu. Here are the steps:

    • Click Start, then Settings.
    • Select System.
    • Select Apps & features.
    • Find the Store app, then click Reset.
    • Click Reset again to confirm.
    • Restart your device so that the changes will take effect. Sign in to the app. Launch the game and check if the same issue occurs.

    We also recommend accessing the game from the Start menu. Here are the steps:

    • Press the Windows button on your device or keyboard, or select the Windows icon in the lower-left corner of the main screen.
    • Select All apps, and then find your game in the list. Check if you encounter the same issue.

    We also recommend signing in to a different user profile. This can help determine if this is due to corrupted user profile. Here are the steps:

    • Press the Windows button on your device or keyboard, or select the Windows icon from the bottom-left corner of the main screen.
    • Select your account name from the top-left corner of the menu, and then select Switch account.
    • Sign in with an account other than the one you were using.
    • Restart the game to see if it works correctly.

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
