Windows 10: Games/Applications looks pixelated.

Hi, I just upgraded my Windows 8.1 laptop to Windows 10. Everything has been going fine so far but there is an issue that really bothers me. In the Windows 10 display settings, there is a setting labled "Change the size of text, apps, and other items" and it's default value on my laptop is 200%. This value is a bit too high for some of my games and applications. Games on my laptop from far distance looks horrible. The default value (200%) is negatively affecting the sharpness/resolution. I tried changing my value to 150% and it fixes the issue, but my taskbar and some applications such as Google Chrome looks way too small. Another problem I found changing my value is my fps drops. Games like ROBLOX used to run on 60FPS, now It's always 15FPS and below. Is there any way to change my default value to 100% or something? Thank you.
