    Games crashing when cut-scene / cinematic


    Hi, i have the problem of the title. When a game starts a cinematic, it closes and returns to desktop. Even games that were working properly a few days ago. I have everything up-to-date, tryed different graphic setting and don't know what else to do. Any help??

    cpu: ryzen 2700x

    mobo: aorus ultra gaming bios f50

    gpu: sapphire readeon 580 nitro

    Games automatically minimize during cut-scenes - Windows 10

    All my games are getting minimzed during cut-scenes when I don't press buttons and listen to the cut-scene. Usually, the issue starts after 2 minutes.

    Long story, short story, I downloaded this app (focus - happydroid) to find who was stealing focus. It prints on a command line the application who "steals" focus.

    Big winner is SysWOW64\taskkill.exe

    After a google search, can't seem to find the answer on how to disable this automatic execution of taskkill.exe

    From what I understand, it's also a command line...

    I don't want to remove taskkill.exe, I just want to prevent its automatic execution.

    Misc info:

    1. Windows 10: Version 10.0.17134 Build 17134
    2. Dual screen
    3. Taskbar enabled on both
    4. Screensaver disabled, sleep disabled, energy power plan: high performance
    5. Latest GPU Update...

    I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
    Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
    What happens?
    If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

    P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
    Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
    What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
