Windows 10: Games for Windows Live Randomly Disconnects From LIVE

I haven't seen this issue before.I play GTA IV.But,GFWL randomly disconnects from LIVE while I playing this game.I reinstalled GFWL,I deleted my Live profile (sadly,I lost my save data),I verified game data from Steam,Teredo is fine.But this issue didn't fix.I think this issue appears every 15 minutes.This issue very annoying for multiplayer.Please help.

their are a few games that actually allows you to sync your xbox 360 gamertag with windows live game.

Their is only 2 cross-platform game so far which is Shadowrun and Universe at war

But how do u do it? which softwares u need or which things u need to do 4 windows live... which other subscribtions u need? etc... i need list of those? if anyone can provide...
