Windows 10: games from the store page/ xbox game pass for pc not using my AMD chip

I have been having a problem with some games from the games pass/ Microsoft store page e.g. cities skylines are not working on my AMD RADEON HD 7400m series and is just using my Intel HD 3000 which cities skylines does not support Intel integrated Graphics cards . I know the specs are bellow minimum but my friend was able to play the game with the exact same type of laptop but he bought it from a different place.

Xbox games pass on pc

Hi I just got the xbox games pass for pc.

On the store I see some games labelled as "free with pass", some having a discount with pass and some others as "included with pass", what is the difference between them?

 

Microsoft store game pass and Xbox game pass (Beta)

So I have 'game pass' for the Microsoft store that allows me to download and play the pretty much the same games that are on 'Xbox game' pass (Beta) but for some reason the beta app asks me to subscribe/pay again for the for the Xbox game pass (Beta).
Surely if I have paid £7.99 for the Microsoft store version I should get access to the Beta version? They are both called 'Xbox game pass'. Any help?
