  2. Games shut down randomly (Plz help I'm desperate)

    Hello!
I've recently replaced parts in my PC and all my games shut down to desktop and I can't figure out why, I feel like I've tried everything.

    My system:
    Windows 10 Pro

    Processor 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900K, 3000 Mhz, 24 Core(s), 24 Logical Processor(s)

    MPG Z790I EDGE WIFI (MS-7E03)

    NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080

    RAM 32 GB (Currently 16GB)
    1000W Power supply

    Disks:
    - Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GB
    - ST1000DM003-1SB10C

    What I Know:
    - The games used to crash to BSOD but after I figured out that one of my RAM was faulty that stopped happening after removal. Here I most often got Kernel errors.
    - I can't acces BIOS or Secure Boot if my GPU is plugged in.
    - Some games crash randomly and some seem to crash during saving and loading of saves. Some I can play for 1h+ and others for minutes.
    - I've tried playing one game with low graphics with the GPU unplugged and using integrated graphics in a Secure Boot and it never crashed.
    - I can't Reset my PC to get a clean windows install, the process fails and no changes gets made.
    - The Event Viewer is not showing anything useful in the latest crashes. It used to show different dll errors.
    - I don't know if it might be related but I'm getting other errors frequently in Event Viewer such as:
    "Metadata staging failed"
"The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID"
"A provider, IntelMEProv, has been registered in the Windows Management Instrumentation namespace root\Intel_ME to use the LocalSystem account. This account is privileged and the provider may cause a security violation if it does not correctly impersonate user requests."
"The server Windows.Gaming.GameBar.PresenceServer.Internal.PresenceWriter did not register with DCOM within the required timeout." (I uninstalled GameBar)

    What I've tried:
    - Changing install folder of the games to the other disk.
    - Updated Windows, BIOS and all possible drivers.
    - Cleaned my disks to reinstall Windows with a USB made with MediaCreationTool with a new activation key.
    - Disable XMP (and I'm not overclocking).
    - Sfc and CHKDSK.

    What I think:
I think (hope) that the problem is with the disks or the system files for Windows because the disks are the only part of my PC that I didn't replace.
I really hope that there isn't anything wrong with my motherboard or GPU so that I'll have to replace them...

Let me know if you need any more info!

I hope someone can help me, thank you endlessly in advance <3

    Update:
My Windows Update isn't working so I ran sfc /scannow again and at 47% I got this: "Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation."
    In sfcdetails.txt I found this:
CSI 0000017a [SR] Cannot repair member file [l:9]'aepic.dll' of Microsoft-Windows-Application-Experience-Inventory-Core, version 10.0.19041.3636, arch amd64, nonSxS, pkt {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35} in the store, hash mismatch
    and
CSI 000001be [SR] Cannot repair member file [l:35]'WindowsDefenderApplicationGuard.wim' of Microsoft-Windows-Dynamic-Image, version 10.0.19041.4291, arch amd64, nonSxS, pkt {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35} in the store, hash mismatch
then it continued and stopped at:
CSI 0000022f [SR] Beginning Verify and Repair transaction

System randomly shuts down during gameplay

Recently my system has begun randomly shutting down while playing various games, mostly Final Fantasy XI. I am not overclocking and my cpu temp, while using core temp, looks just fine (never more than 50 C). My power supply should be able to handle my setup and my motherboard and RAM is relatively new. Does anyone have any suggestions? This whole thing is getting very frustrating and any help would be most appreciated. *Smile Games shut down randomly Plz help I'm desperate :)
