Windows 10: Gaming/ Fntic MiniStreak Keyboard not beeing seen by Windows after updates

Hi, I have bought this Fntic miniStreak Keyboard a few months ago, plugged it in, worked without a problem.


In the previous , I think the may update windows simply won't recognise it when I started my computer in the morning. I've tried updating drivers/ removing / adding devices , nothing worked.


My previous keyboard which I had for a couple of years still works, I'm using it now to make this post and search for solutions.

There was an update today, the 2004 version in which I was hopping this problem would go away, still nothing.

The miniStreak works fine on my Girlfriends computer which has a different and older version of Windows.

Is there anything else besides a full rollback and probably going back to windows 7 because windows 10 seems to only have more problems with every update they make.

Keyboard problem in Windows 10

I suggest you to check if the issue persists when you connect another keyboard to your system.

If the issue is with the keyboard, then suggest you to update the keyboard drivers by following the steps below.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Device Manager from the list.
  
• 
  Expand ‘Keyboard’ from the list.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver and select ‘update driver software’ and follow the prompts.

Keyboard not working after Windows 10 Update

Keyboard stops responding since last Windows update

Hi,

The latest update may have caused an altered setting in your keyboard configuration.
Let us run the troubleshooter for Windows 10 keyboard to determine the cause of the issue and fix it.

Kindly follow the steps below:

• Click
  Settings.
• Click
  on Update & security
• Choose
  Troubleshoot.
• Under the
  Troubleshoot page, click on
  Keyboard, Find and fix problems with your computer's keyboard.
• Then click on
  Run the troubleshooter.
• Kindly check your basic keyboard functions (without the game on) and see if the issue was fixed.

current version and build number of your Windows 10 Computer.
