Windows 10: Gaming Headset set up

I have a brand new Razor Nari Essential gaming headset. Im running on a acer nitro 5 gaming laptop with windows 10. For the life of me i cannot get my mic to work at all. Ive went through all possible settings and still cant get it to go. The mic icon is showing the mic is active but no one can hear me still. Its a wireless headset and uses a usb plug in to send out its frequency to connect. Its says on the box compatiable with windows 10... im stumped at this point....

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue

G433 Gaming Headset Mic is not working

I have no problem with the audio, only with the mic.

I don't have another headset to check with.

I am having this issue in all games and applications.
