Windows 10: "gdiplus.dll" not found

Discus and support "gdiplus.dll" not found in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; [ATTACH] When I try to run most of the software, I get the above error prompt.     When I try to run most of the software, I get the above error prompt. I have searched so much online, yet I am not able to find anything helpful.
    I have even tried reinstalling the software after running which causes this error to occur, but again on running the setup file I face this error prompt.
    I have even tried re-registering the gdiplus.dll file, but then I face the following error:

    "gdiplus.dll" not found 353aa23e-094c-42a3-8be7-ab7d5cd12d1f?upload=true.jpg

    Kindly look into the matter and provide with help as I am unable to do most of the things with my laptop.

    gdiplus error Windows 10

    I think this site is a good collection of measures to handle the error related to Gdiplus.dll. You should strat with SFC/DISM first

    DLL Missing


    The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
    There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.

    I actually posted the link for the "list of troubleshooting steps to resolve your boost_threads.dll problems" which is located half way down the page. I did not mean to promote any downloads.

    Why don't I just go back and indicate that on my original post? That way there's access to the 'step-by-step' instructions, which are accessed via those green 'plus' signs next to the topics.
