    Gears of War is not working for the third time now!


    This is the site where i purchased this game. If you are not going to provide support for your product which has been broken for months please advise as to why. Since the game is no longer working am I entitled to a refund. Why does this problem persist?


    1. Updated driver on 970GTX

    2. Updated Windows Store

    3. Double all credentials for both Windows Store and Xbox.

    4. Games crashes at startup

    5. This has been a long term known issue

    6. Any fix in sight?

    7. Did i just get ripped off by Microsoft or Nvidia, or both?

    8. Please provide a professional response
