My computer is infected with ransomware maybe STOP Djvu which add .geno extension on files also when I tried decrypt with and faced to



No key for New Variant online ID: XnTMozDeL2t2VhnzfEbThVXji9M5CBk81z7TQv3y



Notice: this ID appears to be an online ID, decryption is impossible



so please help me in this case

Can't open Excel files when not already in Excel.

We suggest that you perform an Online Repair for Office 365. Kindly follow these steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
  
  
• Press P to open the Control Panel.
• Click on Programs and Features.
• Right-click on Office 365.
• Click on Change then select the Online Repair option.

Once it's done, kindly restart your computer.
