Windows 10: Get Hyper V Administrators group from PowerShell without knowing the name

I want to make a PowerShell script that can add something I know how I can add in the Hyper V Administrators group without knowing the group name because I saw that this can be different based on Windows installation language and I want a generic solution that work for every language

Unable to add user to Hyper-V administrators group

Hi,

I installed Visual Studio Emulator for Android and Hyper-V on Windows 10, but when I started the emulator, I got an error "Unable to add user to Hyper-V administrators group: exit code 2220". My Windows 10 is an Education edition upgraded from a Home edition,
so obviously I don't have the Hyper-V administrators group. Is there any way to fix that other than reinstalling Windows?

Hyper-V

You can install Hyper-V with powershell:

First start powershell as administrator and then type:

Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Microsoft-Hyper-V-All

this installs all Hyler-V features.
